Freddie Mac Foundation's Wednesday's Child-Philadelphia, launched in March 2004, is the newest addition to Freddie Mac Foundation's Wednesday's Child family. The program is a partnership with NBC 10, the Philadelphia Department of Human Services and the National Adoption Center. Hosted by sports anchor Vai Sikahema, the weekly feature will help find adoptive homes for many of the region's 20,000 foster children.
